JJ Maes holiday card & campaign 2014.

JJ Maes is a high end interior design and furniture retailer for hair salons. The company exists since 1954, and has a rich history of collaboration with iconic salons and barber shops in Belgium. The JJ Maes signature look embodies decades of experience in combination with cutting edge design and technology.
Project Goals
The holiday card needed to be original and display testimonials that JJ Maes received from customers during 2014. Showing appreciation and gratitude was key.
Creative solution
We chose to use a large amount of content to illustrate the scale of positive reaction that JJ Maes receives over the course of a year. We used “speech bubbles” and vibrant colours, coming up with an accordion foldout booklet, origami style. The visuals were tied in with an end of the year mini-campaign. The folding was a nightmare but totally worth it.
